Watch a demonstration of the initial stages of winemaking with a mix of native Mustang grapes, Muscadine grapes, and American Beautyberry - from mashing up to primary fermentation! All donated from outside of the park, these native fruits of the Pineywoods are great for winemaking and can be found throughout East Texas.
