The Clean Brew in Van, Texas offers customers both a clean place to do their laundry and some incredibly delicious coffee, tea, or other creative drinks. It’s a laundromat in the front, and drive-thru coffee shop in the back.

Like any coffee shop, their menu is complete with lattes, frozen drinks and teas.

But what caught our eye was a unique drink called the 1885. It’s a shot of espresso mixed with their in-house made vanilla syrup, topped with a can of Pure Cane Sugar Dr. Pepper and poured over ice.

Clean Brew didn’t come up with the drink, they just perfected it. Dr. Pepper was created in Waco, Texas in 1885, which is how this coffee drink acquired it’s name.

The Clean Brew is open from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Friday and from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturdays.
