You may know the LeTourneau University Belcher Center for the wide variety of exciting performances that take place on it’s stage, but did you know that you can rent the center for your own exciting events?

“If you’re looking to have a place to have a Christmas party, a Christmas gala, a reception, a meeting we have [options,]” said Cody Bowen, Belcher Center Senior Director . We’re really encouraging people to consider us as their location for many things that you may have coming up throughout the year.”

Whether you need a space for 40 or 400, the Belcher Center has plenty of options to accommodate you and your guests. You can rent the entire facility, including the Grand Lobby or the Allen Lobby, for your event.

“We have our 30,000 square foot Grand Lobby that is three stories tall and absolutely gorgeous, it’s covered in art from the Longview Museum of Fine Arts,” said Bowen. “[And] e have our small Allen Lobby that can seat up to 60 to 70 people. We are including all sorts of technical aspects with that.”

“We’re really encouraging people to consider us as their location for many things coming up throughout the year,” said Bowen. “We can throw together a package deal, we can do things hourly, there’s all sorts of options that we have and we would love to talk to people about those opportunities.”
