The Cannery brings concert life back to East Texas

Ten years after a local canning factory closed in Lindale, the city made major moves to revitalize downtown. Since then, The Cannery has been a destination for entertainment, dining, shopping, and lounging. The Cannery is a large complex made up of several unique venues that calls themselves The New Entertainment Capital of East Texas….and there’s good reason for that!

And after more than a year of quiet days in Downtown Lindale, The Cannery is bringing concert life back to East Texas in a big way! Aaron Watson returns to the stage Saturday, September 25. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and music starts at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets:$20 Advance | $25 at the gate | $40 Pit Pass

But what else can you find at The Cannery – Lindale?

Darden Harvest Park

Located in Blackberry Square on a rolling 23 acres, The Park is located in the heart of Lindale’s Cannery District. Ideal for large outdoor concerts and festivals, this sprawling space includes an open-air stage area, restrooms, parking, and plenty of room for vendor tents and more.

The Cannery Main Stage

It doesn’t get much bigger than Texas tunes, which is why The Cannery Stage gives you plenty of room to enjoy the show. Surrounded by the gorgeous East Texas landscape, the open-air grounds and covered stage deliver the perfect place to catch a show.

Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse

The concept of this live music destination and delicious restaurant is to promote Texas, Texans, Texas food and Texas Heritage. You will not find any “sushi” or “Alaskan snow crab” on the menu – only fresh Texas Gulf seafood, Texas produce and Texas grown meats… all cooked into authentic Texas recipes. To compliment the cuisine, TXM has an extensive “all-Texas” wine list and an equally impressive collection of Texas Beers.

The Pink Pistol

The Pink Pistol is a unique store inspired by Miranda Lambert. The store was originally created as a hobby and a way to promote business in her adopted hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Since the opening of the original store in October of 2012, business has flourished in that tiny town. Because of the great success as well as new growth in the downtown Tishomingo area, Miranda has cast a new vision in hopes that her childhood hometown, Lindale, will experience the same excitement.

Red 55 Winery

Wine and music have always been the core of Lambert Family Texas traditions. The Lambert family’s Red 55 Winery offers a line of private label wines honoring their daughter, Miranda. Each label reflects a facet of her character or her platinum-selling, Grammy winning career.

Board & Brush Creative Studio

Are you looking for a night out with friends? Is your inner DIY itching for a fun new project without having to buy all your own supplies and make a mess at your house? Board & Brush offers a creative outlet in the middle of one of Lindale’s greatest treasures.

Picker’s Pavilion

Picker’s Pavilion has transformed from its former use as a cannery storage facility to a destination for big-name concerts, community festivals, and event space rentals. The open-air covered pavilion features restrooms, plenty of parking, and space for food and drink options. Plan your wedding or event at Picker’s Pavilion.

The luxury lofts at The Cannery Lindale are in the heart of the new downtown entertainment district. Located only steps away from the Pink Pistol and Texas Music City Grill and Smokehouse, Darden park with walking trails, and the shops in downtown Lindale. Shopping, dining, and entertainment all on site. This unit features one king bed, one double bed, and a queen sofa sleeper.
