Which retailers are closing for Thanksgiving this year

For many years, Black Friday shopping started getting earlier and earlier, until it was right on the Thanksgiving doorstep. Post-2020, many retailers are continuing to keep their stores closed on Thanksgiving Day, especially after seeing a positive response back in 2021.

While some grocery stores and pharmacies may still be open, you can see below that many typical retail stores are keeping their doors shut and letting their employees enjoy the holiday.

This list may grow as Thanksgiving draws near, according to Blackfriday.com. We will continue to update the list as more announcements are made.
