SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - It’s that wonderful time of the year. Time for Girl Scout Cookies. For 2023, you have thirteen flavors to choose from (not all may be available in your area though). Sales are already underway. You can find a local troop by entering your zip code on their website. and you should start seeing tables in front of stores in the area on February 10.
New for 2023 - Raspberry Rally. These are very similar to Thin Mints but with a raspberry flavor thin cookie. You can only buy these online and you have to wait until February 27 (sigh).
Thin Mints - A chocolate cookie dipped in a mint chocolatey coating. Vegan.
Adventurefuls - Brownie-inspired cookies with caramel flavored crème.
Caramel Chocolate Chip - Semisweet chocolate chips and caramel bits. Gluten free.
Samoas/Caramel deLites - Caramel, coconut and chocolate stripes on a crisp cookie.
Peanut Butter Sandwich - Oatmeal sandwich with peanut butter filling. Vegan.
Girl Scout S’mores - Graham Cracker sandwich cookie with marshmallow and chocolate filling.
Lemonades - Shortbread cookie with tangy lemon flavored icing. Vegan.
Lemon Ups - A lemon cookie with a message to lift you up.
Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties - Layered cookie with peanut butter in the middle then covered in chocolate.
Toast-Yay - Toast shaped cookie with a French Toast flavor dipped in icing. Vegan.
Toffee-tastic - Buttery cookie with sweet toffee bits. Gluten free.
Trefoils - Shortbread cookies from the original recipe.
