B. Darrow Entertainment presents Mark Wills

February 18th at 7:00 PM

It was “19(90) Somethin’” when Grand Ole Opry member Mark Wills went from singing at Atlanta’s infamous Buckboard to releasing his first of 19 Billboard-charting singles across seven albums. While climbing the musical “ladder,” Wills has recorded Gold and Platinum albums and released some of the most enduring and recognizable Country Music hits of the last 25 Years. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets range from $55 to $80.

JMT Entertainment presents The Gatlin Brothers

February 25th at 7:30 PM

The Gatlin Brothers, Larry, Steve and Rudy, are Grammy award-winners who have dazzled audiences for more than 67 years. The Brothers have accumulated 7 # 1 Singles, 32 Top 40 Records, 24 Studio Albums and 5 BMI “Million-Air” Awards. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets range from $40 to $75.

March 1st at 7:30 PM

Don’t miss Haggard & Jone’s “A Tribute to Our Parents” with Marty Haggard and Georgette Jones at Liberty Hall! Marty Haggard was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. Of course, everyone knows his Dad, Merle Haggard, and as Marty’s song Apple proclaims, “the apple never falls too far from its tree. Georgette Jones was born to the only Country Music Hall of Fame husband and wife artists, George Jones and Tammy Wynette. She sang with one or both of her parents beginning at the age of three. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets range from $39 to $59.

Annie (1982) Sing-along

March 11th at 2:00 PM

A spunky young orphan is taken in by a rich eccentric, much to the chagrin of the cantankerous woman who runs the orphanage. Doors open at 1 p.m. Tickets cost $8.

In addition to the showing, the Cowan Center will be presenting two tickets to the Broadway Show Annie for winners of a contest before the movie begins. More details will be announced at a later date.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail

March 17th at 7:00 PM

Liberty Hall is bringing back a fan favorite! Watch, quote and chant along with your favorite scenes of the cult classic Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

A comedic send-up of the grim circumstances of the Middle Ages as told through the story of King Arthur and framed by a modern-day murder investigation. When the mythical king of the Britons leads his knights on a quest for the Holy Grail, they face a wide array of horrors, including a persistent Black Knight, a three-headed giant, a cadre of shrubbery-challenged knights, the perilous Castle Anthrax, a killer rabbit, a house of virgins, and a handful of rude Frenchmen. BYO coconuts and gallop along! Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $10.

Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Bluegrass Band

March 25th at 7:00 PM

Just as the Beatles broke the mold of all things rock and roll, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Bluegrass Band follows closely with that same spirit of innovation, interpreting songs already loved by millions! As the name mentions, the band plays and sings the songs of The Beatles but with a modern bluegrass twist. Performing some of the very best music composed by Paul McCartney, John Lennon, and George Harrison, beloved songs are presented with instruments you normally wouldn’t expect to hear and played in a way they are not normally played. The result is a pleasing sound with a lot of fun surprises. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets range from $25 to $98.

Two death-row murderers develop a fierce rivalry while competing for publicity, celebrity, and even a sleazy lawyer’s attention. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $10.

Ruthie Foster

April 22nd at 7:00 PM

Ruthie Foster is a four-time Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter who mixes a wide palette of American song forms, from gospel and blues to jazz, folk and soul. Drawing influence from legendary acts like Mavis Staples and Aretha Franklin, Foster developed a unique sound unable to be contained within a single genre. That uniqueness echoes a common theme in Ruthie’s life and career - marching to the beat of her own drum.
