Enjoy a showcase of student playwrights with the New Works Festival at Kilgore College

New Works Festival Happening at Kilgore College this February! (Kilgore College Theatre)

The Kilgore College Theatre is offering an exciting new event with their upcoming New Works Festival, a series of student-produced, original plays written by new playwrights. The festival will run from February 23rd to 26th in the Van Cliburn Auditorium in the Anne Dean Turk Fine Arts Center located at Kilgore College.

More than a quick event, it’s described as a celebration of the creation of new work! This festival provides four opportunities to enjoy what the Kilgore College Theatre students have produced. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for Kilgore College students with their ID. It is a chance to see some what local minds are creating and support the birth of new voices and stories in the theatre scene.
