Nunsense! The Mega Musical Performances

Join Angelina Community Theatre for a hilariously good time!! Nunsense! The Mega Musical is coming to the stage April 18, 19, 20th and April 25, 26, and 27th starting at 7:00pm at the Lufkin VFW. Each night will have a dessert auction during intermission and the dessert sales will help us purchase new sound and lighting equipment!! Special pricing for Veterans, Seniors, and Students is available at the door only.

Nac Snack Attack

Race Day Derby!

Our next Race Day is Friday, April 26th from 6-8PM! We can’t wait to see you there! If you’ve attended before, be sure to pick up your ticket in store, if you’ve not come before get your wheel kit in time to design your LEGO® derby car. Be sure to keep your car 5oz or under.

Watercolor Landscape Workshop

Bring a friend and join professional artist and illustrator Kim Wasson Tener of Bookmark Arts as she shares the joy of watercolor painting following her proven step-by-step process. With the help of your instructor and gorgeous natural pigments, you will paint your own country landscape on a beautiful 18″ x 24″ watercolor canvas.

Arp Strawberry Festival

The Annual Arp Strawberry Festival will be 2-days this year. Saturday April 27th from 9a-5p & Sunday April 28th 1p-5p. This year our community will have been named “Arp” for 125 years! We have live music by Fisher and the Hooks, Train Rides by Mr. Tony, Balloon artist and face painting, Ax Trailer, mechanical bull, food trucks and VENDORS GALORE!!!! This event will be one you don’t want to miss!! ACE will recognize all Arp High School Seniors and Announce our Scholarship Recipients. Golf carts will valet guests to and from the festival grounds.

Mission Tejas Folk Festival

The Mission Tejas Folk Festival is back! Come to our park on April 27th for our annual festival of illustrating the lives of Texan pioneers in the 19th century. Enjoy food and music while seeing how pioneers lived their lives by churning their own butter, sewing and the many other aspects that life on the frontier meant for those early settlers! Puzzle Contest

When: 6pm-10pm

Cost: $25 per team

We’re having a puzzle contest! The rules are simple: bring your team of up to four players and compete against other teams to be the first to complete a 1000-piece puzzle! The first team to finish the puzzle wins. Each member of the winning team will receive a copy of the puzzle to keep, AND we will take a photo of the winning team, turn it into a puzzle, and have the winning team return to complete and autograph it. We’ll frame and hang the puzzle in-store to let everyone know how awesome they are! Registration is $25 per team (plus sales tax), limited to eight teams. Registration must be done in-person at the store, so stop by to register your team soon! We strongly suggest you pre-register for all paid events at The Board Room - Tyler as soon as possible. Spaces are limited and will fill up quickly. Arriving at the beginning of an event to register will not guarantee you a seat.
