Jocelyn’s Donuts, in Palestine, TX, can help you set the course for a joy-filled day with their specialty pastries, craft coffees and made-from-scratch pigs in a blanket!

MORE THAN JUST GLAZED

As you step into this spacious, clean donut shop prepare to be amazed by the sheer number of donuts. Cases filled to the brim with pastries of all shapes, sizes and flavors.

The chefs here pride themselves on creating treats that are out of the ordinary from your regular donut shops.

From Fruit Loops to gluten-free mochi, no ingredient is too wild to be given a try. (They of course have your typical flavors too.)

While we were here, we tried a lot of donuts... A LOT OF DONUTS.

By far our favorites were the Cronut, a donut made of out of croissant bread, and the Maple Bacon Flavor.

PLENTY OF SAVORY

Beside the looooooong row of donuts is their case full of breakfast sandwiches.

From boudin rolls to hearty burritos, you are bound to find something tasty to fill you up for the morning.

The Jocelyn’s Donuts family gets to the shop around 1am each day to start crafting these incredible bites. What is super impressive is how every pig in a blanket is made with fresh dough and even hand rolled!

Also, during our visit, the staff cleared the air on the difference between kolaches and pigs in a blanket. For the record, kolaches are historically fruit-filled pastries and pigs in a blanket are, well, sausage wrapped in dough. (There’s your fun fact for the day.)

“MY HAPPY PLACE”

Although donut shops are usually categorized as “in-and-out” type places, Jocelyn’s Donuts invites you to come and stay for a while.

Kick back in the comfy back room with a hot latte made from the team’s super modern espresso machine.

Fill up a box of blueberry, pumpkin and red velvet donut holes then chat the morning away with your best friends.

During our time here, there was so much comradery and fun in the building. Even at the break of dawn!

The shop also has a super convenient drive-thru if you do need to jet to your exciting weekend plans.
