For 75yrs, the locals of Kilgore, TX, and the surrounding communities, have been truly blessed by the support and programs of this rehabilitation mainstay.
The East Texas Treatment Center offers three life-changing therapies that aid those who have experienced traumatic accidents or born with various handicaps.
Their mission is to restore, or introduce for the first time, physical independence for each patient that takes on these transformative treatments.
OCCUPATIONAL
Being knocked out of your regular routines, whether in work or just day-to-day activities, can be frustrating, but also disheartening.
ETTC’s Occupational Therapy Department helps you get back to normal with expert level rehab that consists of improving and restoring gross and fine motor skills, as well as strength and range of motion training.

PHYSICAL
Restore, or obtain for the first time ever, mobility and strength you never thought would be possible.
ETTC’s Physical Therapy Department is staffed with local professionals to help your body limitations get to the highest possible level of functionality. Decrease pain, swelling, and inflammation or increase range of motion, mobility, strength, balance, and endurance with a full board of detailed, routine programs.
SPEECH
From pediatric to geriatric populations, ETTC’s Speech Therapy Department hones in on oral-motor, language, hearing, and communication deficiencies. Through physical therapies, personal care and even the use of alternative-augmentative devices, this department aids patients to once again function to a normal capacity when it comes to articulating, swallowing, comprehending and communicating.
What makes this local rehab center even more special is their truly impactful Sponsorship Program. Serving as a nonprofit service, ETTC’s opens the door for independence for those that may never thought possible due to financial constraints.
