Rich History & Flavor

The Ginocchio Marshall, TX

The Ginocchio

The East Texas Weekend Preview — In the late 1800’s, the railroad heyday was alive and well in Marshall, TX.

With a massive influx of weary travelers, The Ginocchio Hotel opened its doors in 1896, welcoming guests from all over.

Preserved to its original look and theme, you can still visit this grand building that now houses one of East Texas’ most delicious restaurants!

Enjoy the wonderful creations of Chef Reynaldo Jandre, like his Oysters Reynaldo. Six hefty Louisiana oysters all decked out with cilantro pesto, jalapenos, garlic, and parmesan cheese. All baked to perfection!

From perfectly grilled New York Strip steaks to some of the freshest seafood in the region, you simply can’t go wrong here.

Pair your meal with an unforgettable cocktail made by seasoned veteran bartenders. The Smoked Old Fashion is a must try. A classic whiskey drink with some flair! (Or “flare” in this case.) Watch as the bartender breaks out the mini torch and fills the cocktail with wood smoke, giving it a magical look and flavor.

Make weekend dinner plans at this truly one-of-a-kind destination!

The Ginocchio can be found at: 707 N. Washington Ave., Marshall
