The East Texas Weekend Preview — This weekend, enjoy a delicious espresso drink in a totally one-of-a-kind shop.
Established in a raised-up 1940’s train car, Alley Cats Coffee Bar offers a wide variety of craft beverages and bites.
With plenty of seating, inside and out, sip and admire the retro aesthetics of this well preserved railcar.
Each coffee beverage is brewed with Onyx Coffee beans. A local roaster out of Rogers, AR. Bold and vibrant flavor!
Speaking of tasty goodness, during our visit we ordered the Churro Latte. A wonderful blend of espresso, milk and syrup that brings out the Cinco De Mayo vibes. Plus, we paired our coffee with a freshly baked blueberry muffin!

During your visit, you may even meet Token and Teak! Two local kitties who call the train car home. (Hence, the name Alley Cats.)
Now, East Texans hear us out. Yes, this coffee shop is technically located in Arkansas. But! It’s literally two blocks from the state line. Plus, their coffee and pastries make it all worth the while to head out of Texas for a bit. ;)
