The East Texas Weekend Preview — For over 60yrs, Johnny and Edith Ingram have collected items that spark happiness and showcase lifelong passions.
As the name of the museum states, here you will find a massive variety of beautiful clocks, historic land surveying tools, and even a wonderful collection of salt & pepper shakers from past generations.
As soon as you walk in the door you will meet Johnny Ingram, himself. Very pleased to meet you and will welcome you in to this one-of-a-kind spectacle.
Throughout this free-to-visit destination are walls filled with ticking machines of all shapes, sizes and origins. We guarantee you will find a clock that will totally surprise you! Whether it be a stunning wooden-carved clock from across the planet or a silly owl clock, you are bound to find a piece that will bring a smile to your face.
Mr. Ingram’s career was centered around surveying the Earth’s landscape. Here in the museum you will find a huge selection of interesting tools that were used for such efforts. From fascinating compasses, detailed East Texas maps and many interesting metal levels, discover the world of surveying.

In 2025, Edith Ingram unfortunately passed away. Yet, here beloved collection of salt & pepper shakers continue to reside in the museum for visitors to enjoy. Many of these shakers date back centuries and have been in the family for generations. You and your family will absolutely love discovering all of these. From puppy dogs, cowboy boots and even the Three Stooges, there are some many cute culinary pieces to admire.
