The East Texas Weekend Preview — Whether you’re here for the iconic Frist Monday Trade Days or simply making a pit stop off I-20, you can’t visit Canton and not go to Dairy Palace!
Serving up world class burgers since 1984, this tasty restaurant has become a staple in East Texas dining.
Over the recent decades, Dairy Palace has captivated locals and travelers alike with their extensive menu that prides itself on fresh, signature burgers. Some of them even featuring exotics meats like Venison and Bison!
With their entire menu available 24/7, (minus the diner being closed for a brief period on Wednesday mornings), you can enjoy all their dishes any time you want! Try all their options like the Super Sandwiches and fresh salads. Oh! And don’t forget a cone of sweet Blue Bell Ice Cream!
During our early visit we devoured their hearty Texas Sunrise! A perfect combination of bacon, fried egg, grilled hash and a half pound ground Black Angus Beef Chuck patty. An excellent start to our morning of exploring East Texas.

Throughout the eatery, you will see tons of framed photographs off FFA shows. The Dairy Palace is passionate about blessing the community by purchasing many of these animals from local FFA and 4-H clubs to then use for their recipes! Just a cool way of supporting East Texans while cooking up fresh dishes.
