He’s real ”Lady Killer” here at Imminent Doom! This is the ULTIMATE Valentines date night that is unique from terribly cliché dinner and movie dates! Valentine Crafting

From handwritten notes to heartfelt keepsakes, Valentine’s Day has long been a time for sharing kindness and creativity. Share the love with a fun, creative morning at the Starr Family Home State Historic Site! Join us on Saturday, February 14, from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM for a hands-on Valentine crafting activity perfect for all ages. Create festive, heartfelt crafts using provided materials and celebrate the season of kindness and creativity in a historic setting.

Conversation Heart Painting

A Heart Day Pottery Celebration

Mark your calendars for this event. I can’t believe it’s our 3rd. We sure enjoy preparing and fellowshipping with you all. Last year we voted to make this one a little different. So, we came up with a Hawaiian Luau. We will have leis and grass skirts for those who live dangerously. We will also have a Best Dressed Hawaiian Couple and a Single contest. Trophies for 1st place only. We have been donated a small fridge that holds cans only that will be Raffled off and a couple of other items. Handmade items to purchase and of course ... FOOD. See our menu below.For anyone who would like a TRES Leches cake, I will only make to fill orders. $30Call or text Lino and I will get them made. Pickup will be at the banquet that night.

Kick off the evening at Kilgore Mercantile to pick up your guide, map, and a complimentary carnation (while supplies last).

Valentine’s Dinner @ Sola

This Valentine’s Day, treat your loved ones to a unique interactive event that promises both delicious food and heartfelt memories. For a one-of-a-kind experience, guests can purchase tickets to enjoy a family tradition that began after the vice president of Brazil’s personal pilot had our family over for a ”raclette dinner". Months were spent trying to procure the special grill required, so that we could share the delightful culinary experience with more friends and family. Raclette originated in the Swiss Alps as a medieval peasant dish. Swiss shepherds and farmers would melt cheese over an open fire, scraping the molten layer onto bread or potatoes, leading to the name derived from the French racler (“to scrape”).

Daphne’s Lullaby Speakeasy

You’ve been to our Sip & See’s, now we present a Speakeasy ghost play in four parts! During Daphne’s Lullaby, patrons will be served 4 cocktails, one for each part of the show, and the drinks will correspond with the plot. This play will make the PERFECT Valentine’s Day Date Night! Daphne’s Lullaby is an original play, written and directed by our own Debra Petri. It stars Sarah Langston as Daphne, Jarrod Garbutt as Derek, Kylaney Breen as Maeve, and Richard Salazar as the bartender/stage manager.

Vampira’s Curse - Haunted House

Will you survive Vampira’s Curse???Doc’s house has been taken over by blood thirsty vampires, that have come out to seek blood on this Valentine’s!! Can you make it through without being bit??Ringmaster Madness will be open and you will have to make it through the darkness with only ONE glow stick! We will be showing a special Valentines horror movie on the big screen in the BoneYard Theater!
