The East Texas Weekend Preview — The warm cup of coffee in your hands, the freshly baked pastries on your plate and the toasty, bright sunrays soaring across the room.
We have found one of the most chill spots in East Texas.
While the vibes are relaxed here at the Paris Bakery, the ovens and espresso machine are hard at work whipping up some of the most delectable goodies in town.
Breads, Euro-pastries and coffee are the name of the game here at this downtown shop.
Their right-out-of-the-oven cinnamon roll and expert-made cappuccino was simply a match made in heaven.

The scene was full of folks chatting, reading and enjoying their selections much like we were.
Their menu is quite extensive, well beyond your typical baked goods. Guest can enjoy a wide variety of daily sourdoughs, slab pizzas and lots of seasonal specials.
Our visit was super quick, but most certainly memorable. We can’t wait for our next one to try more of their awesome selection!
Downtown Paris is home to a huge family of must-visit destinations. Some of our other favorites include Bird Dog Books, Paris Grocery and Paris Brewing. All of which are walking distance from each other.
