Long before One Love Longview was an established nonprofit organization, their crew was already doing the passionate, heart-felt work of caring for their neighbors in need.
Since 2020, this East Texas mission has operated under a simple goal, help those who need help. This group casts a wide net in order to aid those with a variety of struggles. Their work has been centered around offering essential services of meals, showers, refuge, healthcare, and more to locals who need it most.
In recent years, they have led great efforts in providing the means and direction for housing the unhoused in the Longview region. While East Texas is not immune to the issue of homelessness, One Love Longview is helping to halt its spread by giving those in need the tools and practical steps to obtain a proper living space.
Their one-on-one, discipleship-type model builds trust between their volunteers and those seeking help. Life-long friendships and a boost in quality of life have both been created through this East Texas nonprofit. At this point in 2026, eight people who were on the streets now have a clean, safe space to call home by the efforts of One Love Longview.
With unity and oneness in mind, their team is constantly look for ways to support those who truly need help with day-to-day essentials, such as simply having clean clothing everyday. They truly have an eye for helping the underserved gain amenities that everyone should have.
