The East Texas Weekend Preview — Tucked away in the bustling downtown of Crockett, TX lies a creative shop that is filled to the brim with one-of-a-kind works of art.
The Yellow Rose Gallery offers a wide range of creations by many local artists.
Paintings, sculptures, clothing and so much more are available to totally transform your home and wardrobe.
During our visit, there were lots of pieces that caught our eye.
Throughout the store you will find many delicately designed chess pieces that are absolutely breathtaking! These works are actually made by the owners with so many incredible deigns to check out.

When it comes to paintings, our favorite had to be the intricately crafted bird-mural feathers. These tiny masterpieces are made by Sandy Shiroma. Sandy’s work feature life-like portraits of birds on literal bird feathers. It is quite the sight to see!
While the shop focuses on being a marketplace to house these many wonderful works, they also offer various classes, like clay building and painting, to help budding artists get some hands-on experience. Follow their Facebook page for updates.
