The East Texas Weekend Preview — Saturday, September 5th, a huge celebration will be happening in Tyler’s Mosaic District!
The occasion? The grand opening of the new community bagel shop, Tiger’s Eye Bagel Company.
This delicious new spot is home to a variety of homemade bagels and schmears that are the perfect morning bite.
We fell in love with the combinations of flavors dazzled on top of their Everything Bagel. We even added some of the shop’s whipped butter to complete the treat.
Their regular bagel will be our future go-to, as it is the perfect base for any of their schmears. We totally loaded it up with their strawberry spread. You know you’ve got it right when the schmear squeezes out the sides!

Starting out, their hours will be Thursday through Saturday from 7am to 2pm. They will also be releasing their entire menu real soon that will include options like artisan sandwiches and new bagel/schmears options. So be on the lookout!
