What an exciting summer it was for this year’s Weekend Wonders contest.

Throughout June and July, East Texans nominated and voted for their favorite places to visit all around the region, right here on The East Texas Weekend website/app.

After the reveal of all the winners, we hit the road to visit all of these truly special destinations!

Enjoy our road trip highlights, help us celebrate these “Best in East Texas” spots and then check them out for yourself this weekend!

Thanks again to Stillwater RV Resort for sponsoring this year’s event!
