Here are some fun facts about Clay Thrash: 

  • He began playing his freshman year at Angelo State University
  • He has written at least 400 songs.
  • In the video above, he’s playing a 1976 Martin D-35
  • He once opened up for Johnny Lee.  During the show Johnny thanked “Clay Trash” for opening up for him. Clay jokingly says he’s scarred for life.  But Mr Lee did have Clay on his tour bus after the show and apologized.
