The Fredonia Hotel & Convention Center was built in the 1950’s. It closed for a multi-year renovation before reopening in 2017. Now it’s back with delicious food options.
Doug Atkinson is the Executive Chef for The Fredonia, and he is serving up years of experience with each dish. According to the hotel’s website, Chef Atkinson has worked with the southwest’s most renowned Chefs such as James Beard Award winning Chefs Stephan Pyles, Mark Kiffin, Robert Del Grande and Robert McGrath. His credentials date back to the 1980’s with stints at Four Seasons Hotels, Ritz Carlton Hotels Omni Hotels and Hyatt Hotels.
Both Chef Atkinson and the entire staff at The Fredonia want your dining experience to be a delicious and memorable one. Each menu took time to develop and craft, to bring East Texas the most delicious food around.

Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Lunch & Dinner: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Open Thursdays – Saturdays
Dinner: 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Nine Flags Bar & Grill
Sunday – Thursday: 4 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Friday & Saturday: 4 p.m. – 1 a.m.
