This dining experience is unlike any other
Jack Ryan’s Steak and Chophouse is the definition of fine dining in East Texas. They have two locations, one in Kilgore and the other in Downtown Tyler.
Brad and Wes Ebey, brothers, are both the owners and executive chefs. Both graduated from the Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu in Minnesota, and after cooking across the country they decided to start their own high-class restaurant in East Texas.
At Jack Ryan’s, their goal is to take care of every guest from the moment they enter the restaurant until the moment they leave. So from start to finish they serve exceptional food, drinks and service.
Their menu ranges from tender tenderloin, to pork, to fresh seafood and included everything in between. And perhaps the singular thing that sets their cooking apart from others is every protein is cooked to perfection through sous vide.
What is Sous Vide?
Sous vide is the process of vacuum sealing food and cooking it in temperature controlled water so you get a food that’s perfectly cooked, top to bottom, every time. And trust us, it’s incredible!
Jack Ryan’s in Tyler is located at 102 North College Avenue.
It’s just up the stairs inside the People’s Petroleum building, which was built as a bank in 1932.
Their hours are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Tuesdays – Thursdays. 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Fridays. And 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Saturdays.
Their Kilgore location is located at 119 North Longview Street.
Their hours are the same as the Tyler location.
