When it’s time for you to purchase a new car, there are a lot of misconceptions about what you may experience, including the salesman. So we spoke with Jeremy Jones, General Manager at Peltier Subaru, to set the record straight about what you can really expect.

“[Buying a car] is one of the most stressful situations that you’ll have, and for most people it’s the second largest purchase that you’ll ever make behind a home,” said Jones. “So it’s not about making thousands of thousand dollars on every customer. What it’s about is you having a great experience.”

So what does Peltier Subaru put into a great experience?

“Know that is just all not about selling a vehicle,” said Jones. “Yes, that’s what we do here. But that’s not where it starts and finish with us.”

It all goes back to family. Family is a core value of Subaru, and it’s no different at Peltier Subaru.

“Family comes first and we think about you,” said Jones. “You can come in and talk to an actual person that’s going to care about you and your situation.”
