Heartisans Marketplace is a unique gift shop located in Longview.

“It’s really two moving parts,” said Julee Rachels, CEO & Founder of Heartisans Marketplace. “It’s our job training, which we call Heartisans. And then the marketplace, which is our retail shop.”

The mission of Heartisans Marketplace is to provide a customized job readiness program to unemployed women living in the local community.

“Women are referred to us from other nonprofits and normally they’re in a homeless situation,” said Rachels. “Either from a nonprofit that is a shelter type and also from one year programs here in our community that take women in from addiction, or any kind of problem that they’re having.”

Heartisans Marketplace has moved locations. Their new address is 3501 Gilmer Road in Longview.
